How do I connect a platform?

Go to Settings > Connections in the app. Tap the platform you want to connect and sign in with your account. We use OAuth, so we never see your platform password.

Why is my data not showing up?

After connecting a platform, data may take a few moments to load. If data still doesn't appear:

How do I disconnect a platform?

Go to Settings > Connections, then tap the connected platform and select "Disconnect." This immediately revokes access and deletes the stored tokens from our servers.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, store tokens in an encrypted database with row-level security, and never store credentials on your device outside the iOS Keychain. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell, share, or monetize your data. Your analytics data is used solely to display metrics within the app.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account, all stored tokens, and all cached data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Do you support widgets?

Yes. Keel Analytics includes Home Screen widgets in small, medium, and large sizes. They display your key metrics (ROAS, revenue, spend) at a glance without opening the app.
